Kuta Social Club presents Sunset Kiss with an alluring 5-course-meal to share, meticulously curated by Executive Chef Ben Harrington for a memorable celebration. Sunset Kiss starts with a choice of a bottle of Veuve du Vernay Brut or Veuve du Vernay Ice Rosé.
After the bubbles, the dinner will start Fresh Oysters – Rockefeller & Fresh served with Chilli Passionfruit Vinaigrette & Lemon. The first course will be followed by Burrata – Pickled, Crispy & Raw Courgettes, Toasted Pine Nuts & Basil. Then, savour a well-balanced and fresh Tuna Carpaccio – Shaved Fennel, Crispy Capers & Orange Vinaigrette. The endeavour continues with Grilled Australian Black Angus Prime Rib & King Prawns – Grilled Australian Beef Rib, Chilli & Garlic King Prawns, Roasted Garlic Potato, Broccolini & Bernaise Sauce. Conclude the tantalising, palate-teasing dinner with Tiramisu – Mascarpone, Coffee, Almond, Shaved Dark Chocolate.
