Motel Mexicola Seminyak’s Cinco De Mayo “Barrio Latino” fiesta is coming up on Sunday 5, May.
Executive Chef Steven Skelly has put together a 6-course Mexicana feast. To start, guests will enjoy the Motel Mexicola staples we know and love – esquites, guacamole, quesadilla de pollo, and taco baja – tempura fish, white cabbage, pico de gallo and salsa gobernador. For mains – a choice of Pescado Oaxaqueno – grilled barramundi or Pancita Guisada – braised pork belly, and to finish our famous churros with caramel and chocolate dipping sauce. Vegetarian options are also available. 275k ++ per person.
